Site Transfer/Copy

The following document is used if the site owner has a site, ditched their previous web designer or lost their hosting account information, and needs you to do a site copy. If the site is copyrighted, you will need to get the owner's permission - and verify that they are the owner!

but beware - the hosting company may be using a CMS/site builder/template, in which case their boilerplate which may be a part of the page is probably copyrighted and NOT copyable. so there may be a lot of hand work with notepad and saving of pictures if that is possible. some sites disable right-clicking.
