here is the full-fledged excel spreadsheet. Note: 2.019999999 is really 2.02 because of floating point rounding errors. This does not communicate with a server. it runs locally, is DHTML and you can even save it on your local hard disk to run with no internet connection. Finally got it to work in both Firefox and IE.
