If you don't understand the airflow of your system, you will have overheating issues. This is the one downfall to all manufactured PC's. I installed this in a Dell Deminsion, and I was able to change the air [flow] to compensate for the heat. PLEASE make sure you are carful with updating drivers and redirect the air in your system in order to keep from thinking this card is bad. ALSO, check your clock speed settings for AGP in the BIOS/CMOS if you don't, you may only be running in 4x mode and will probably dislike the card. won't work with native resolutions greater than 1280x1024 until the "next ATI update" (probably already happened - card is discontinued).
