Desktop Cases
I choose cases that have lots of cooling, especially for the hard disk area. for this reason, I specifically like the Antec P180. and the Adams. If you don't like bothering with screws in the back of your case, you can get thumbscrews in a package made by coolermaster for steelies, or get some in brass from cyberguys. Intel recommends/requires (and this is a good idea for AMD too) that you get a case that follows the Chassis Air Guide 1.1 standard, a.k.a. Prescott Ready case, or Prescott Approved case, or Thermally Advantaged Chassis. it has an air guide directly over the processor drawing cool air from the outside rather than from the inside of the case. Get a case that has at least a 92 or 120mm fan in the back. you must adjust the tube to be 10-20mm over the processor fan.
